Confectionery machines

ZUM WALD manufactures a wide variety of confectionery machines, in particular for the chocolate sector (see also: conche). The packaging machines are characterized by great flexibility and quick change-over times. The small conches have established themselves as a point-of-sale attraction, instead of the traditional chocolate fountain. Laboratory conches are a speciality line that is suitable for industrial operational operations and for small production runs, and very small casting machines are products that are greatly appreciated by confectioners.
